We offer two DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping options — meaning all duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in the shipping price. No surprise charges upon delivery.

📋 Packaging & Discretion

• Discrete packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents.
• Temperature control: Temperature-sensitive compounds are shipped with ice packs and insulated packaging.
• Labels: Return address is discreet. No product names are listed on the exterior.
• Insurance: All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit.

📮 Customs & Import

• Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the products can be legally imported into their country.
• We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure about regulations.
• If a package is refused at customs, a refund (minus shipping and handling) may be issued once the package is returned to us.

🔄 Returns & Damages

• Due to the nature of research chemicals, returns are not accepted for change of mind.
• If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and contents.
• We will replace damaged items or issue a refund on a case-by-case basis.
